Creating a low impact solution to resolve network and system errors for our client, a car retailer, who needed to continue operating business-as-usual.
The challenge
As a luxury car wholesaler in the automobile industry, our client was struggling with their current IT systems and infrastructure. Unhappy with the cost and the disconnected nature of their systems, they felt pigeon holed by their own network. In desperate need for an adaptable and organised IT system, the business also required high speed internet that could cope with their online wholesale and retail demands.
The outcome
Infinet audited the current IT framework and recognised areas where the business could save money by renegotiating their existing communications contracts. In addition, they reconfigured the network, upgraded workstations, migrated the companies messaging to a cloud solution and implemented a cloud based data back-up and recovery arrangement. Subsequently, our client could remain running business-as-usual while we undertook the main body of work – meaning low impact to the business and a high reward as efficiency and communication was improved. The client was impressed with the cohesive and adaptable IT infrastructure, having peace of mind they had invested in the technology for their business.
